By accessing and using SonglyGifts services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

SonglyGifts provides custom song creation services. We create personalized songs based on information provided by customers. All songs are original compositions created specifically for each customer.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full before work begins on your custom song
  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
  • Refunds are available within 30 days if you're not satisfied with your song
  • Rush orders may incur additional fees

4. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date we receive your completed song brief and payment. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

5. Revisions Policy

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, major changes to the song concept after initial delivery may require additional time and potentially additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the rights to your custom song
  • You may use the song for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Commercial use requires a separate commercial license
  • SonglyGifts retains the right to use songs for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested

7. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse service for song requests that contain:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Explicit sexual content
  • Copyrighted material
  • Illegal activities or content
  • Content that could be harmful to minors

8. Limitation of Liability

SonglyGifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
