Physical Lyrics Card Shipping

For customers who select the "Digital + Lyrics Card" option, we create a premium printed lyrics card featuring your custom song lyrics and a QR code for instant audio playback.

Approval Process

Your physical lyrics card will only be printed and shipped after you approve the final song and card design. This ensures you're completely satisfied before we create your keepsake.

• You'll receive a digital preview of your song and lyrics card design via email
• Review the song and card layout carefully
• Reply with your approval or request any final adjustments
• Once approved, your card enters production and ships within 2-3 business days

After Card Ships

Once you've approved your song and lyrics card for production and it has shipped, we cannot offer refunds. This is because:

• You've reviewed and approved the final song and card design
• The card is custom-printed specifically for you and cannot be resold
• Production and shipping costs have been incurred

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our custom songs and lyrics cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products. Each song and card is created uniquely for you based on your personal story and cannot be resold or reused.

However, if your lyrics card arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly replace it at no cost:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your card
• Provide photos of the damage
• We'll ship a replacement card immediately

Lost or Stolen Packages

While rare, if your lyrics card is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
